Comparison and work in progress

On the Militia Brabantia list, someone asked for alternative Phalanx figures. So here are, from left to right, an A&A , a Crusader and a Foundry phalangist (click to enlarge). To make this posting a bit more interesting, here are some photos of my Greek/Mercenary WAB peltasts (javelins + spear) and officers in progress. I don't paint units at once, instead, I like to paint figures in batches to increase the random look of especially the light infantry and skirmisher units. I'll probably try to go for more uniformity in the phalanxes. Probably...
